What is IntroGolf?

Target Market

The IntroGolf programme targets children in the 3 to 9 year age group.

Classes

There is a maximum of eight children per coach. The numbers are small
enough to clearly monitor development and ensure steady progression
and large enough to ensure a fun-filled environment.

Times

Depending on the region or area, classes take place mostly in the afternoons or on Saturday mornings.


Venue

The IntroGolf programme is run at a school.

IntroGolf classes are held in a formal sport or recreational environment
(not on the beach or in some park). An ideal outdoor venue is a soccer or
a rugby field.

Teaching

Teaching is done in a very positive, energetic, happy environment. No
child is ever put under pressure to achieve.

Duration

Classes are once a week for 45 minutes.
